It makes me less self-conscious about remembering all the right things to say and avoiding all the wrong things to say and trying to make it all "well-said". Just as in salvation, it's not all on me--it's all on HIM!!!
Christ's intercession for me and my family makes all the difference to me. I know I always fail. Even in prayer--I forget to pray (or am too lazy), I pray without faith, I pray for the wrong reasons and with wrong attitudes. But I am not the one who brings things into being anyways. My prayers are simply the cries of my heart, my requests, my communion with God.
