I would agree and would add that I doubt His work in my OWN life. I still revert back to thinking that my kids' future rides on ME and that I need to do everything right. I, I, I. So when I'm not getting the results I want (the results I think I deserve), I'm angry not only at my children (for not responding like the books say they should) but also at myself (for failing to produce the results I was after).

I doubt that God is at work in my children's lives when I don't see the results that I want.
